About UF Health Endodontics

We have three endodontic clinics where we provide dental care for patients: Endodontics residents center Under supervision of a faculty member, residents provide a full range of endodontic care. Fees are less than standard practice fees because of the educational setting. Open Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to noon and 1:15 p.m. to 5 p.m. Call (352) 273-5430 for an appointment. The address is the UF Dental Tower at 1395 Center Drive Room D1-17. Endodontics faculty practice In this dental center, endodontics faculty members treat patients in a private-practice setting. I just needed an evaluation, but Dr. Lynass was incredible, as was the attending. Very thorough, caring, and compassionate care. All around a great experience.

Would recommend this place to anyone for a root canal. Dr. Lynass in the endo department did an amazing job on the root canal itself and went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood the whole process. All of the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

They do give a temp root canal coating while waiting for the crown. Great people who keep you informed. Nitrous is mainly for anxiety so idk what that review is about.

Just an awful experience. Had a rootcanal, so painful. Even with gas! Found out after rootcanal, they dont do crowns. Dentist didnt even put a temporary cover over the exposed tooth. Still looking for a Dentist to put a crown on.🤨😫

Dr. Alexander Dean, DMD preformed my root canal yesterday. At first I thought the drive from Ocala was a bit out of the way, but it was totally worth it. I would absolutely recommend this clinic. He was completely competent, and I was thoroughly impressed with his work. And I did not, and have not experienced any pain or discomfort. Great job. Thank you!
